Linux-Shell Acrobat with a love for customer contact (m/w 100%) Your tasks Integration & operation: You will accompany our customers during the implementation and operation of our server solutions, web applications as well as IoT and Edge devices. Together with system integrators and customer-side IT specialists, you will integrate our solutions into the high-voltage IT environments of well-known building complexes. As an Application Engineer, you will support our customers and internal teams in high-level support when using our smart IoT devices as well as cloud and on-premise solutions (VM hosts). Quality assurance & tests: You will carry out quality assurance measures and help test releases, features and new products. Error analysis & problem solving: You will analyze and fix software-related problems and be in close contact with our developers. Documentation & training: You will create technical documentation and later also conduct customer training according to your level of knowledge. Your profile You are a daylight-capable Linux commander looking for a way to earn money with your hobby. You are so familiar with the Linux shell that you almost feel uncomfortable in a graphical interface. Maybe you have more networked devices at home than plants that are still alive – we wouldn't hold that against you.
