Your tasks <br /> • Lead the ICT Governance department with 7 employees in personnel, technical, and organizational terms • Promote a governance- and service-oriented culture as well as specifically develop roles, competencies, and the organization • Define, develop, and enforce governance guardrails in architecture, quality, methodology, IT security, and AI, as well as help shape the ICT target architecture • Define, develop, and ensure compliance with overarching standards for documentation, quality, testing, and release management • Coordinate ICT security and risk topics in cooperation with the security officer, as well as organizationally anchor risk and security management including ISDS • Represent the Canton of Bern in commissions of the SSK and eCH, as well as in cross-cantonal projects and towards the ESTV <br /> Your profile <br /> • University degree, preferably in computer science, business informatics, or business administration • At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable leadership position with a focus on ICT governance, architecture, or quality management • Several years of leadership experience in an IT organization, ideally with knowledge of ITIL and modern delivery approaches such as DevSecOps and agile quality assurance • Sound knowledge of architecture governance and ICT security, as well as ideally experience with agile methods (Scrum, SAFe) • Interest in and initial experience with the use of AI in ICT governance or software development (e.g., Copilot, automated quality assurance) is an advantage • Strong persuasiveness, stylish German as well as French language skills are an advantage <br /> We offer you <br /> • Flexibility-- Home office (max. 50%), flexitime, and a modern working environment. • Further education-- Including training on digital tools \& agile methods. • Scope for creativity-- Innovative ideas are needed! • Meaningful work -- Help shape the administration of tomorrow. • Team culture-- Living appreciation and team spirit.
