Imagine being able to make a positive contribution to the environment and society every day with your work. As an intern in corporate sustainability, you will implement innovative projects and actively help shape our future. In doing so, you will gain insights into topics such as energy, water, circular economy and environmental management. Important notes: Fixed-term for 6-12 months What you move * You implement concrete measures and projects in the sustainability areas of energy, water and circularity, thereby making an active contribution to the further development of corporate sustainability * You accompany the introduction and implementation of our innovative waste disposal concept at the respective locations * You work closely with the production plants, coordinating cross-site activities * You get to know the structure of environmental management through concrete tasks and gain insight into the practice of internal audits * You support keeping sustainability-relevant processes, documents and proofs up to date and further developing them in the local SharePoint repositories * You analyze environmental key figures and prepare them together with the sustainability team for controlling and reporting * You participate in training and awareness measures to strengthen sustainability awareness within the Micarna Gruppe * You follow current developments in the field of sustainability and environmental management and contribute ideas for the further development of existing measures and processes What you bring * Education: Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF) * Specialization: in the field of environmental sciences, environmental engineering or food sciences or a comparable field * Professional experience: Initial experience in the food industry in the area of sustainability, environmental management, data analysis or project work is an advantage * Interest in environmental management, sustainability key figures and corporate processes * Communicative and team-oriented personality * Independent, structured and analytical way of working * Solution-oriented, networked thinking and acting * Confident handling of IT tools (MS Office), SAP knowledge is an advantage * Enjoyment of exchange with different specialist departments and locations * Willingness to travel within Switzerland * German (C1) * French (A2) What we offer you * Mobile subscription: Top prices on mobile, TV and internet subscriptions at Galaxus, Sunrise or Wingo * Occupational pension scheme: Comprehensively insured in the Migros-Pensionskasse - with first-class and attractive benefits * Social benefits: 730 days daily sickness allowance at full net salary * Catering: Balanced lunch menu/buffet in the staff restaurant for max.
