What you will do

• Dishwashing in the washing kitchen
• Independent completion of tidying and cleaning work, as well as assistance with kitchen cleaning
• Mise-en-place work and plating food if required
• Assignments in external operations
• Compliance with and implementation of ISO and HACCP guidelines

What you bring with you

• At least one year of experience in communal catering and in the washing kitchen (office)
• You can communicate well in German
• You have a strong sense of cleanliness, are communicative and an open personality
• Quick comprehension, independent and clean way of working
• Hands-on, flexible, athletic, resilient and team-oriented

Your place of work

Your place of work is the Syngenta Rosental staff restaurant in Basel. Together with the team, you pamper around 600 guests daily.
The market-fresh and varied offering includes five changing menu lines with thematic concepts, a rich salad and side dish buffet, an attractive vegetarian offering as well as the Café Monticello with an Italian coffee bar, homemade desserts and shop area. The offering is supplemented by in-house catering, promotions and special events.
You work from Monday to Friday according to the duty roster (duty times can vary daily) and show flexibility for special events in the evening or on the weekend.
