Professional Pension Manager (80–100%) Professional Pension Manager (80–100%) CAP Prévoyance is a collective foundation that manages the professional pension provision of the staff of the Ville de Genève, 41 other communes genevoises, the Services industriels de Genève, several partner institutions as well as its own staff, representing nearly 16’000 insured persons. As part of the strengthening of our Insurance Service, we are looking for a committed, curious and service-oriented personality wishing to evolve in a stimulating, collaborative and human-sized environment. Your responsibilities At the heart of our activities, you are in charge of the complete management of pension files and actively contribute to the quality of the services provided. Concretely, you: implement pension plans; ensure the monitoring of insured persons and pensioners throughout their career; treat both routine situations and more complex cases, particularly in relation to retirement; disability, death or encouragement of home ownership; calculate and pay out benefits; process contributions and ensure the reliability of data; are a reference contact person for insured persons, pensioners and employers, providing clear and professional answers; participate in the continuous improvement of our processes and the dynamics of the service. This position offers a balance between technical expertise, analysis and contact. Your profile You have a CFC in commerce (or equivalent title) and initial experience in professional pension provision or social insurance. Additional training such as a federal certificate in professional pension provision or social insurance is an asset. You recognize yourself in the following qualities: autonomy, rigor, sense of organization and respect for deadlines; aisance with numbers and analytical mind; ability to communicate clearly, including on technical subjects, both orally and in writing; sense of service and team work.
