As part of its development, a development company established in the canton of Genève for about twenty years is looking for a land prospector.

Your mission

Search for plots presenting development potential ;

Analyze the area, the surface, existing constructions, constraints, potential density, and the economic interest of the operation ;

Use the SITG and cadastral and land tools ;

Identify and contact owners ;

Ensure follow-ups and the monitoring of opportunities ;

Update the client database in a prospecting CRM ;

Develop and maintain an active network in the Genève real estate market.

Your profile

Autonomous and capable of working independently ;

Rigorous and structured ;

Persevering and results-oriented ;

Experienced in telephone prospecting ;

Having a network in the Genève market and capable of developing it ;

Neat, eloquent, and convincing.

Experience in real estate, development, brokerage, land development, architecture, or urban planning constitutes an advantage.
