In this role, you support the planning and implementation of a cross-divisional transformation program of Zurich Schweiz. You combine analytical strength with consistent implementation, coordinate improvement measures together with the responsible divisions, and create transparency regarding progress, impact, and risks. What awaits you * You manage central measures of a strategic transformation and efficiency program and ensure their timely implementation. * You analyze cost and performance structures, identify efficiency and optimization potential, and develop concrete improvement measures together with the responsible divisions. * You establish transparent progress and impact measurement (operational and financial) and prepare relevant information in a target-group-oriented manner for management. * You coordinate cross-divisional stakeholders, manage dependencies, and support those responsible in the sustainable implementation of the agreed measures. * You identify risks and deviations from targets at an early stage and, together with the relevant stakeholders, initiate suitable control and counter-measures.
