Independent processing of incoming and outgoing goods Project-related picking and organization of returns as well as RMA processes Maintenance and administration of customer data in ServiceNow (incl. ticketing, SN\- & MAC\-addresses, inventory tasks etc.) Organization and execution of the annual warehouse inventory Efficient warehouse management and monitoring of material stock Competent and timely processing of inquiries - whether by e-mail, telephone or in person Your profile Completed training as Logistiker/in EFZ Several years of practical experience, preferably in the ICT industry Confident handling of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, Word) Sound SAP knowledge (S/4Hana) Team-oriented, reliable and responsible way of working Strong service orientation and commitment German as a native language as well as good English skills, French skills are a plus Work location: Bern Working days: Monday\-Tuesday\-Wednesday (other working days possible by arrangement) Why with us?
