Clerk Export & Logistics (80–100%)

Your tasks include:

• You organize and coordinate national and international goods shipments
• You create export and shipping documents as well as the corresponding invoices
• You process electronic customs declarations and ensure correct customs clearance
• You are responsible for the correct declaration of origin and compliance with customs and export regulations
• You perform preference calculations
• You are in direct contact with customers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities and clarify open questions
• You communicate with international business partners in German and English, ideally also in French
• You maintain master data and ensure clean documentation of processes and work instructions
• You create offers and order confirmations for the service department
• You undertake general administrative tasks in the area of export and logistics
• You work closely with internal and external contact persons and contribute to a smooth flow of the entire supply chain
• You ensure compliance with legal regulations as well as our quality and safety standards

Your profile:

• A completed commercial vocational training
• Experience in export, freight forwarding, or international logistics
• Ideally further training as an export clerk or foreign trade specialist
• Good German and English skills; French is a plus
• Confident handling of MS Office, ERP systems, and enjoyment of administrative tasks
• An independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Sense of responsibility as well as a high understanding of quality
• Enjoyment of contact with customers and partners from all over the world
• Team spirit, initiative, and the ability to maintain an overview even in hectic situations
