Team Leader E-Shop Logistics 100 %

These are your tasks:

• Leading and coordinating: Together with the team leaders, you lead around 50 employees and ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Supporting and representing: You support the department manager and take over his deputy role in his absence.
• Solving problems: You recognize malfunctions and deviations and initiate appropriate measures.
• Ensuring quality: You guarantee compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and internal guidelines.
• Promoting cooperation: You support the team leaders and jointly optimize the logistics processes.

What you should bring with you:

• You have completed basic training as a Logistiker:in EFZ or a comparable training.
• You think entrepreneurially, work in a structured and solution-oriented manner, and maintain an overview even with a high workload.
• You are a responsible, assertive, and team-oriented leadership personality who motivates employees and makes clear decisions.
• You have very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good IT skills.
• Experience with warehouse management or logistics systems is an advantage.

Working hours:

1. Shift 06:00 - 15:00
2. Shift 09:00 - 18:00

Every third Saturday from 06:00 - 15:00, in exchange for a compensation day during the week
