What you bring with you:
Completed vocational training as well as experience in sales, ideally in the insurance or financial services environment
Certification as an insurance intermediary (VBV) or the willingness to acquire this promptly
High self-motivation as well as strong goal, closing, and performance orientation
Entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to independently recognize and consistently utilize potentials
Strong negotiation skills, confident appearance, and enjoyment in inspiring people for solutions
