Your tasks consist of, ...

• ensuring, together with your team, a needs-oriented activation and daily structure for our residents while also actively participating yourself.
• leading, promoting, and accompanying your team in its development both professionally and personally.
• further developing the offerings of activation and activation therapy, particularly incorporating topics such as dementia, milieu design, and daily structure.
• planning and managing personnel deployment and existing resources in a forward-looking, demand-oriented, and economical manner.
• actively shaping the interprofessional cooperation with the residential areas, other specialist departments, and external partners.
• ensuring the training and support of students as well as coordinating and further developing volunteer work.

Das Alterszentrum Am Bachgraben is more than just a place to live, it is a home for over 210 residents. With over 320 dedicated employees, we offer not only a wide spectrum of care and support but also specialized support for people with dementia and in Palliative Care. Additionally, we stand by our residents in acute medical needs and offer holistic and caring care in old age. Our offering is supplemented by 85 age-appropriate apartments and numerous services.
