As part of our growth strategy, we have the following position to fill:

Employee Purchasing & Logistics / 80-100% (m/f)

Your tasks:

• Monitoring the entire flow of goods and ensuring material availability.
• Support in operational purchasing and coordination of delivery dates with partners.
• Independent processing of operational purchasing.
• Obtaining and comparing offers.
• Triggering and monitoring orders with suppliers.
• Maintenance and support of supplier relationships.
• Monitoring delivery dates and ensuring timely availability of goods.
• Price negotiations and continuous optimization of procurement costs.
• Checking order confirmations, deliveries and invoices.
• Coordination and processing of logistics orders.
• Organization and monitoring of transports and deliveries.
• Coordination with suppliers, freight forwarders and internal departments.
• Data maintenance in the ERP system.
• Support in the optimization of purchasing and logistics processes

Your qualification

• Completed commercial or technical training, ideally with experience in purchasing and/or logistics
• Professional experience in operational purchasing is an advantage
• Good organizational skills and an independent way of working
• Negotiation skills and strong cost awareness
• Enjoyment in the coordination of various tasks and contact persons
• Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with an ERP system
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• English skills are an advantage
• Reliable, solution-oriented and team-oriented personality
