With us, you will take responsibility for the entire recruitment process in a dynamic environment surrounding data center operations, construction, sales, IT, and technical functions. Your focus is clearly on operational implementation and process quality. You will work in close collaboration with hiring managers, actively structure and lead the process, and ensure that we make decisions quickly, professionally, and in a well-founded manner. Your area of responsibility ## • Autonomous management of the end-to-end recruitment process • Active screening and qualification of applications • Conducting structured interviews (including preparation with specialist departments) • Close collaboration with hiring managers - you provide structure and keep the process on track • Ensuring a clear candidate journey - this is particularly important to us • Consistent use and maintenance of our ATS (Rexx) • Proactive approach to candidates for selected roles via Linkedin Recruiter Your skills ## • Several years of experience in recruitment, particularly in highly demanded positions • Strong practical mindset as well as great flexibility • Ability to manage several vacancies simultaneously without losing sight or concentration • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Linkedin Recruiter • Very good knowledge of German as well as at least good knowledge of English • Excellent communication skills and confidence in exchanges with different specialist departments • High social competence and keen sensitivity in dealing with candidates • Structured, reliable, and autonomous way of working • Ability to conduct job interviews professionally while creating a pleasant and respectful atmosphere ## At Green, you will find a warm and collegial working environment where team spirit is paramount.
