In the middle instead of just being there!
We are looking for reinforcement for our team in the Examination and Study Secretariat (temporary for one year with the prospect of extension). With us, a versatile area of responsibility awaits you in the middle of the Phil.-hist. Faculty:
Tasks
In the study secretariat, you process classifications, recognitions, waiver requests and also advise students on complex concerns. In the examination secretariat, you accompany our students on the final meters of their studies: You coordinate and check Bachelor's and Master's degrees, create and check diplomas, duplicates and certificates, and organize our doctoral graduation ceremony once per semester. Another part of your task is the supervision and training of our KV apprentices. The willingness to take responsibility in vocational training is a prerequisite. If you do not yet have the corresponding training to become a vocational trainer, we are happy to enable this for you. In the absence of the Dean, you will take over his deputy role and ensure that business continues to run reliably. In addition, you support the Commission for Research and Junior Researcher Promotion and ensure that exchange within the faculty is not neglected through the organization of the faculty administration's semester meeting as well as our team events. In short: a varied position for someone who likes to organize, takes responsibility, appreciates contact with people and also keeps an overview when several things are running simultaneously.
Requirements
Completed training as Kauffrau/Kaufmann EFZ or comparable, several years of professional experience, good language skills D/E. Advantageous: course certificate for the 40-hour course or a federally recognized diploma for vocational trainers or willingness to acquire this.
