Fiduciary Clerk (m/f/d) 80-100%

For our client, we are looking for a committed, experienced and expert personality as a fiduciary clerk.
In this role, you will look after national and international companies, institutions and private individuals in the areas of fiduciary services, law and management consulting.
Our client places particular importance on personal contact with clients and the establishment of a relationship of trust. Through individual meetings, tasks are precisely clarified, challenges are identified and the required time expenditure is realistically assessed.

Your area of responsibility:

• Independent client accounting (financial accounting) – processing for sole proprietorships as well as legal entities
• Preparing tax returns for natural and legal persons
• Assisting in the preparation of interim and annual financial statements
• Maintaining payroll accounting
• Processing value-added tax statements
• External contact (clients, authorities)
• General fiduciary work

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training (ideally with experience in the fiduciary sector and/or you already have several years of fiduciary experience)
• Structured, independent and precise way of working
• Confident and professional appearance when dealing with clients
• Good IT user knowledge
• You are interested in taking on individual responsibility
• You remain calm and maintain an overview in hectic situations
• German native language, good English skills are an advantage
