We are looking for a highly motivated Sanitary Project Manager (Special Projects)

As a Sanitary Project Manager, you can expect:

• Varied area of activity with the opportunity for further training
• Creation and recording of projects from the offer to the billing
• Planning of projects (preliminary study through the project to the execution phase)
• Creation of project plans and cutout, embedding, and execution plans
• Calculation and design of various apparatus & plant components
• Work preparation, construction management, intermediate inspections, acceptances
• Responsibility for quality, deadlines, and costs

Your profile:

• A completed vocational training as a Building Services Planner Sanitary
• Interdisciplinary knowledge in building services technology (heating/ventilation)
• An independent and exact way of working as well as a high level of commitment
• A communicative team player with high customer orientation
• CAD knowledge
