System Controller (m/f/d) 80 - 100 %
Your tasks
You will get to know the core banking platform Finnova as well as the connected peripheral systems in depth and ensure their stable operation.
You will quickly take on responsibility for the monitoring and operation of business-critical banking applications.
You will analyze disruptions, coordinate their resolution, and ensure a sustainable quality of our system landscape.
You will accompany releases and changes and work together with specialist departments, external partners, and service providers.
You will support the automation, optimization, and documentation of operational and support processes.
After you are proficient in daily operations, you will familiarize yourself with your first Finnova module, which you will later manage independently.
Your experience and personality
You have completed training or a Bachelor's degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field of study.
You have already gained experience in application management, system operation, or a comparable IT function.
You take responsibility, work in a structured manner, and are characterized by a strong sense of quality.
Even in demanding situations, you remain resilient, maintain an overview, and act reliably as well as with high integrity.
You are eager to learn and motivated to acquire in-depth technical and banking expertise over several years.
You bring the potential and motivation to develop long-term into an Application Manager for business-critical modules of our core banking platform.
