Tasks * Project management and coordination of customer-specific projects * Ensuring high customer satisfaction through competent advice and problem solving * Hub function between the plant in Boswil (CH) & Ebersbach (DE) as well as the Swiss customer base * Cooperation with suppliers, chassis dealers, and bridge builders * Participation in price, interim, and post-calculations * Technical documentation of the developed solutions Requirements * Technical vocational training (e.g., truck or construction machinery mechanic, polymechanic), ideally with a degree in automotive and vehicle technology * Proficient German in speaking and writing, any further language is an advantage * Experience in project management in a technical environment is an advantage, preferably vehicle construction or commercial vehicle superstructures * Initial experience in project design as well as high personal responsibility & independent way of working * Confident handling of MS-Office as well as CAD knowledge is an advantage * An open, communicative manner and enjoyment of challenges We offer * Attractive working and employment conditions (flexible working time model, 5 weeks vacation, free parking spaces, company events, fair expense regulations) * A family business with short decision-making paths * Independent and self-responsible activity as well as creative scope for design * Further training opportunities Interested?
