You ensure the setting up of tables before service. You ensure the cleanliness of the room and the smooth running of the service. You collaborate effectively with the kitchen and the entire dining room team. Profile sought You have a first experience in catering, including as part of an internship or apprenticeship. You have an excellent presentation, are courteous and possess a real sense of service. You are dynamic, reactive and enjoy teamwork. You are able to follow instructions and work effectively under pressure. You know the rules of hygiene and food safety. You master French; the practice of English or another foreign language constitutes an asset.
