Your tasks

• Independent preparation of quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial statements for one to two companies according to Swiss GAAP FER and OR
• Participation in consolidation (quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial statements)
• Support and deputy for accounts payable including payment runs
• Support for accounts receivable
• Maintaining fixed asset accounting (tangible assets)
• Preparation of VAT returns and annual reconciliations
• Preparation of forecasts, budgets, and monitoring of budget compliance
• Support in the preparation of semi-annual and annual reports
• Participation in the internal control system (IKS)
• Various analyses, reconciliations, and account maintenance
• Participation in projects (digitalization projects)

Your profile

• Completed commercial training, federal diploma in finance and accounting, or at least an equivalent further education
• Several years of professional experience in a similar function, ideally in a real estate company
• Responsible, structured, and conscientious personality
• Flexible, analytical, and entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting
• High level of motivation and commitment to demanding tasks
• Ability to work calmly and efficiently even under time pressure
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Good IT application skills (Microsoft suite) and ideally experience with the accounting software Abacus
