Job description ##

• Serve and advise a demanding clientele in the meat departments
• Cut and arrange meat products in a professional manner
• Manage goods and implement sales promotion measures

We expect ##

• Completed initial training as a butcher-charcutier/butcher-charcutier, retail manager in meat economy or cook/cook
• Professional experience in a traditional butchery is an asset
• High availability and a strong sense of service
• Flexibility in terms of working hours
• Autonomous, impeccable and rigorous work
• Perfect knowledge of written and spoken French
• Friendliness and sense of teamwork, neat presentation
