Workload 100% Contract unlimited Start date immediately or by arrangement Tasks You implement the market and sales strategy in the Care gastronomy sector in French-speaking Switzerland and continuously develop it further You know the challenges of homes, hospitals, and social institutions in the gastronomy sector You build sustainable customer relationships, maintain them actively, and win new customers in the home and hospital sector You bear responsibility for turnover, and can enforce margin and contribution margin targets without endangering the customer relationship You use CRM, DWH, ERP systems in everyday life and create number-based arguments You carry out price and assortment negotiations with chefs and C-level independently You work closely with internal interfaces such as the customer center, category management, and marketing You actively participate in customer events and actively contribute to sales training Requirements You bring sound professional experience in the field of sales/Key Account Management (at least 3 years) You have a commercial, sales, or business administration education You have very good German and French skills (level C1) You are fit with Excel, can handle Pivot and large data tables You can create individual PowerPoints for customers and present them winningly.
