Sanitary Installer with Leadership Responsibility for Construction Sites

Activity + Control and execution of sanitary installations from small to large projects in residential, industrial and commercial buildings + Ensure commissioning including regulation of new systems + Leadership and guidance of assembly teams on various construction sites + Responsibility for material-related orders at the respective sites + Support and representation of the project manager at construction meetings as required • Requirements + Sound experience as a sanitary installer with leadership competence + High sense of responsibility when leading construction sites and teams + Team-oriented way of working in a family-like environment + Willingness to train and promote apprentices + Communication skills for close cooperation with project management • Offer + Working in a future-oriented company with a clear, long-term strategy + Dynamic and family-like team with over 120 employees and apprentices + Six locations in Central Switzerland and great appreciation for sustainability and personal development
