What you achieve ##

• You are responsible for requirements management for the further development and maintenance of our core insurance systems, especially Adcubum Syrius
• You record functional requirements, design solutions, prioritize requirements, and accompany their implementation until successful introduction
• You analyze, model, and document business requirements in the field of accident and health insurance
• You translate functional needs into clear IT requirements and evaluate solution variants with regard to functionality, quality, and economic efficiency
• You coordinate testing activities, create test concepts and test cases, and accompany releases until successful commissioning
• You ensure through testing and quality assurance that new requirements are implemented reliably and sustainably
• You act as a central interface between specialist departments, IT, and external partners and ensure optimal coordination of all parties involved
• You actively participate in projects and coordinate topics across various systems and stakeholders

What you bring ##

• You have a degree or higher education in business administration, business informatics, informatics, or a comparable field of study
• You bring at least five years of experience in business analysis, business engineering, or requirements engineering in an agile environment
• You know the operational processes of an insurance company, ideally with a focus on inventory and financial processes as well as claims, benefits, or commission processes
• You have experience with industry platforms and core insurance systems, ideally with Adcubum Syrius
• You possess knowledge of the accident and health insurance industry as well as its specific processes and requirements
• You convince through high IT affinity, sound knowledge of databases and database queries, as well as experience in creating technical specifications
• You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, and bring the motivation to independently familiarize yourself with complex end-to-end processes and new subject areas
• You communicate confidently in German, have good English skills, and understand how to coordinate complex requirements in an audience-appropriate manner with different stakeholders
