Job Description ##

• Support and expansion of an existing customer portfolio in the Zürich region
• Active acquisition of new customers and systematic expansion of the market area
• Technical and commercial advice to customers and business partners
• Establishment and maintenance of long-term relationships with construction companies, planners, architects, specialist retailers, and other market partners
• Identifying customer needs and developing suitable solutions
• Accompanying projects from the inquiry through advice to successful completion
• Conducting customer visits, product presentations, and training sessions
• Observing the market and identifying new business opportunities
• Close cooperation with the internal service, product management, and other internal departments

The Successful Applicant ##

• Basic technical or manual training, ideally with a connection to the construction industry
• Experience in technical sales or field service, preferably in the construction environment
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Enjoyment of consulting, sales, and personal customer contact
• Entrepreneurial thinking and an independent way of working
• Negotiation skills, persuasive appearance, and good communication skills
• High self-motivation and strong orientation towards closing deals
• Good knowledge of the German language; further language skills are an advantage
• Residence ideally in the Zürich region
