Head of Quality Management (d/w/m) In our innovative plant in Thayngen, we have been producing a large part of our products exclusively according to recipe for over 100 years. JOB PURPOSE: This role serves the purpose of shaping a culture of quality, food safety, and continuous improvement. You will lead the quality team at the Thayngen location and ensure that our products meet the highest quality and hygiene standards from raw material to finished product. By leading internal and external audits, implementing effective improvement measures, and continuously developing quality management, you will make an important contribution to winning the trust of our consumers and customers anew every day. WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN TASKS BE: Leadership and further development of the Quality department at the Thayngen location. Ensuring quality, food safety, and compliance throughout the entire value chain. Responsibility for quality management systems, audits, as well as the continuous optimization of processes and standards. Leading the areas of Food Safety, HACCP, hygiene, and allergen management. Controlling quality complaints, reclamations, and corrective actions. Analysis of quality KPIs and promotion of a culture of continuous improvement. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Completed studies in the field of food sciences, natural sciences, or engineering, food technology, or a comparable environment in engineering, technology, chemistry, or biotechnology 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in quality management Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken Experience in the leadership and development of employees. Proficient use of MS Office and common IT applications. Experience in using SAP, ideally SAP QM.
