Our client is an established company with a nationwide sales team in Switzerland and a headquarters in Central Switzerland. In this role, you will accompany the entire recruiting process and be the contact person for executives in different areas of the company. You will combine people skills with a professional selection process and ensure a positive candidate experience. Your tasks Recruiting employees across all process steps Posting job ads on suitable channels and preparing job descriptions Collaborating with the HR management and ensuring smooth HR administration Conducting job interviews and participating in decision-making Accompanying onboarding processes and supporting new employees in their entry Your profile Commercial basic training with further education in HR or business administration Professional experience in recruitment Communicative, motivated personality with pleasure in dealing with different contact groups Independent, pragmatic way of working with a pronounced service mentality German: stylistically secure (C2) / Austrian & Italian: a plus Your perspectives Look forward to a versatile task with a lot of personal responsibility and scope for design.
