For Raiffeisenbank Glarnerland, a successful and locally oriented bank with branches in Näfels and Glarus, we are looking for a service-oriented, proactive, and dynamic personality as a Credit Officer (w/m/d) to strengthen our team, starting immediately or by arrangement.

What awaits you? ##

• Analysis, assessment, and approval of credit transactions in the private and corporate client segments within the competence framework
• Sparring partner and technical support for advisors regarding complex financing as well as risk and approval questions
• Identification, assessment, and active management of credit risks including monitoring existing engagements
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements as well as co-responsibility for data quality and reporting to the bank management and the Board of Directors
• Internal specialist responsibility with active transfer of know-how as well as participation in specialist topics and projects

What do you bring with you? ##

• Banking training with higher professional training in finance or banking
• Several years of sound experience in credit business (private and corporate clients)
• Distinct competencies in the analysis, assessment, and decision-making of credit risks
• Experience in valuation as well as ideally knowledge of tools such as Wüest Dimensions
