Are you a committed and qualified CNC machine operator (m/f/d)? Your area of responsibility includes: Operating the machine types Okuma, Miyano, Tsugami and Index short turning machines for parts production; Implementation of order planning in quantity and quality; Rectifying malfunctions on the systems and performing maintenance work; Independent manufacturing of complex precision turned parts according to the production plan; Setting up the CNC machines through professional tool changes; Contributing ideas for process improvement; Working in a 2-shift model, early and late shift. Your qualifications and skills: Vocational qualification as a Production Mechanic EFZ, Mechapraktiker EBA or good professional experience; Experience in operating one or more of the mentioned CNC short turning machines; Knowledge of the controls Fanuc, Okuma-OSP, Mitsubishi or Siemens; Good professional experience in measurement and testing technology and in reading drawings (form and position tolerances); Networked thinking and understanding of technical relationships; Quality- and goal-oriented acting as well as solution-oriented mindset; Good German skills at least A2 and communication skills as well as team player; High quality awareness and reliable way of working; German language skills level at least A2.
