Chef de Rang

To strengthen our service team, we are looking for an engaged and service-oriented personality as a Chef de Rang (m/f/d) starting immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks Independent management of a service station Cordial and professional care of our guests from greeting to farewell Expert advice on food and beverages as well as wine recommendations Ensuring a smooth service process Preparation and execution of the mise en place Compliance with hygiene and quality standards (HACCP) Close cooperation with the kitchen and service team Your profile Completed training in gastronomy or hotel management Professional experience as a Chef de Rang or in a comparable position Strong service and hospitality orientation Friendly, well-groomed and confident appearance Teamwork skills, resilience and flexibility We offer a responsible task in a small motivated team 13th month salary 43.5 hours week / 5 days week Own, inexpensive staff accommodation large range of sports opportunities in the immediate vicinity
