We are recruiting stretcher bearer transporters M/F to accompany our patients with professionalism and kindness. Stretcher Bearer Transporter M/F To fully succeed in this role and guarantee the safety and comfort of our patients, certain conditions are necessary: • You have completed an AFC or CFC training: this is a real plus, but above all, you have the desire to invest yourself. • You hold a driver's license and enjoy varied missions and movement. • You express yourself easily in French, with a sense of contact and listening. • You are in good physical condition, comfortable with frequent movement and carrying loads, which are indispensable to the daily tasks of the position. • You are recognized for your reliability, your sense of responsibility and your team spirit. • You agree to work daytime hours, according to a schedule defined in advance. • To guarantee a safe and compliant environment, a clean criminal record (less than 3 months old) as well as an up-to-date immunity certificate will be requested. This position is addressed to Swiss citizens or residents in Switzerland, holders of a valid B or C permit (mandatory). Beyond skills, we are looking above all for a person who is kind, committed and motivated by a useful and deeply human profession • Be an essential actor in the care pathway by ensuring the transport of patients within the establishment, respecting their comfort, their safety and their dignity. • Create a relationship of trust with each patient thanks to your listening, your kindness and your sense of contact, in order to offer them personalized and reassuring accompaniment. • Take charge of the transport of deceased patients with respect and professionalism, by rigorously applying the procedures in force. • Work hand in hand with the nursing and multidisciplinary teams to guarantee fluid and coordinated care. • Ensure clear and effective communication with all stakeholders in order to contribute to the quality of service and the smooth running of the establishment.
