For an institution in the field of acute care in Basel and the Basel region, we are looking for a dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH with experience in medical nursing. You will care for patients with various internal medical clinical pictures and take responsibility for professional and needs-oriented care.

Requirement profile ##

• Completed training as a dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH or equivalent, SRK-recognized training
• At least six months of professional experience in acute care
• Experience in the medical or internal medicine field is an advantage
• Knowledge in the care of patients with different medical clinical pictures
• Ability to independently assess complex care situations and initiate appropriate measures
• Good medical-technical knowledge and confidence in clinical everyday life
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
• Resilience and flexibility in a dynamic hospital environment
• Strong social and communication skills
• Enjoyment of interprofessional cooperation
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing

Tasks ##

• Holistic care and support of patients with acute and chronic internal medical diseases
• Independent planning, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing process
• Monitoring of health status and early recognition of clinical changes
• Implementation of diagnostic, therapeutic, and medical-technical measures within your own area of competence
• Counseling and support of patients as well as their relatives
• Planning and coordination of nursing transfers and discharges
• Close interprofessional cooperation and electronic nursing documentation
