As a Logistics & Warehouse Compliance Specialist, you ensure compliance with all GxP compliance requirements in the area of Logistic Solutions in Basel and Kaiseraugst. In addition to the logistics processes at the Basel and Kaiseraugst locations, this also includes ensuring the compliance requirements for the global active ingredient warehouse in Basel, as well as the processing of deviations and changes in the GxP environment. In cooperation with our quality functions, you form the interface to the business functions as well as our customers and partners.

Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in the GxP area, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or pharmaceutical logistics, as well as a quick grasp of things. You recognize connections and are resilient and possess good assertiveness, negotiation skills, and high teamwork abilities.

Main tasks and areas of responsibility:

• Independent reading of transport temperature data from goods receipt and checking checklists for correct completion
• Verification of any incoming goods for the specified transport temperature
• Support for the Business Circles of Logistic Solutions in all GxP issues
• Taking ownership or responsibility for the processing of deviations and changes in Veeva
• Proactive participation in process optimizations and quality improvements

Must Haves:

• Completed vocational training or a completed Bachelor's/Master's degree, ideally in the field of the pharmaceutical industry or pharmaceutical logistics
• Ideally 3-5 years of professional experience in the GMP / GDP area
• Experience in GxP deviation and change management
• Experience in processing GxP documents
• Very good German skills (C1) and English skills (level B2) in spoken and written form
• High degree of structured and independent way of working accompanied by high customer orientation as well as a professional and proactive approach to all stakeholders
• Excellent team and social competence as well as a team-oriented mindset
• High degree of proactivity and personal responsibility in an open and collaborative environment
