Your area of responsibility with our clients: Lifecycle-Management: You are responsible for the seamless recording and maintenance of personnel and payroll changes (preferably in SAP). Payroll-Support & Time Management: You take over the monitoring of time recording as well as the preparation and control of billing-relevant data. Service orientation: You are the competent first point of contact (1st Level) for employees and managers for all questions related to Payroll and HR administration. Reporting & Optimization: You create ad-hoc analyses and reports and actively contribute to the digital transformation of HR processes. Qualifications Qualification: You have completed commercial training and a recognized HR specialist training (e.g. HR specialist with federal FA or personnel officer). Expertise: You bring several years of in-depth experience in the HR sector, ideally in an international environment with a focus on payroll administration. System affinity: You are skilled in the application of MS-Office, SAP user knowledge is a big plus. Communication: You communicate confidently in German and have very good English skills for daily exchange in an international context.
