The Lindli-Huus is the place of residence and work for people with a physical disability. The comprehensive participation of the residents in life and their own development of potential are central. For this purpose, an adapted offering is available, which is guaranteed by around 60 employees with their commitment 365 days a year.

Immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for a

Night watch 40-50% for the residential area

Your tasks

Accompanying and supporting the residents during the night

Carrying out nursing and care activities according to individual support needs

Ensuring safety and availability

Support with transfers, positioning, and nocturnal interventions

Observation of the health status and initiation of appropriate measures in the event of changes

Documentation of relevant events and passing on information to the day team

Working based on the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities
