Servers \- Head Waiter Company Description As part of regular temporary missions that will be offered to you with our clients, high-end hotel establishments as well as high-standing restaurants located in the Lausanne region, we are actively seeking several Servers \- head waiters (M/F) As part of regular temporary missions with hotels and restaurants Job Description According to the temporary missions that will be offered to you with our different clients, you will integrate the service team and execute the instructions of the maîtres d'hôtel. In the context of banquets, catering services, management lounges or within "à la carte" restaurants, you will participate in the setup of the rooms, offer a warm welcome to the guests and ensure the service of dishes and drinks by applying the standards in force. You will bring your know-how and your being to guarantee a high-quality service. Sought Profile You have a minimum of three years of experience as a server \- head waiter with high-end hotel establishments or in gastronomic/bistronomic-type restaurants. You ideally have initial training in the room. Of a jovial and pleasant nature, you are organized, rigorous, dynamic and customer-oriented. Able to advise your clients on food and wine pairings, you express yourself perfectly in French and have a good knowledge of English and/or German. Your attention to detail and relational ease make you a collaborator who can really bring a plus to our different clients.
