To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed, independent, and empathetic nursing professional as of 1.11.2026.

Your tasks:

• Professional, needs-oriented basic and treatment care directly at our clients' homes
• Assessment and documentation of nursing needs (needs assessment) as well as ongoing adjustment of the nursing plan
• Contact person for clients, relatives, doctors, as well as external specialist agencies
• Accompanying, instructing, and supporting our nursing team in everyday nursing care
• Ensuring and further developing a high quality of nursing and documentation

Your profile:

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF
• High professional and social competence as well as enjoyment of independent work in the outpatient sector
• Reliable, responsible, and empathetic personality with team spirit
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Driver's license Kat. B mandatory
