Since 1994, Räbhof has been located in the heart of Lausen/BL. It offers people with a disability modern residential places as well as a varied daily structure. Due to its beautiful location in the old village core, Räbhof is easy to reach and geographically and socially integrated into the village.

For the care and support of our residents in the Räbhof residential house, we are looking for per sofort or by arrangement

a Social Pedagogue (HF/FH) 30% workload or a Specialist in Care (FaBe)

Your area of responsibility

• You accompany the residents of the external residential group in everyday life and support them in their practical life skills
• You support our clients with agogic measures and also perform administrative tasks
• In addition to working in the external residential group, you also accompany clients of the Ambulant Residential Support

Your profile

• A completed education in social pedagogy (FH/HF) or as a Specialist in Care (FaBe)
• Relevant work experience in a same or similar position
• Independent, empathetic personality who likes to take responsibility
• You enjoy working independently as well as in a team and can contribute flexibly to everyday work
• Working hours into the evening (20:30) and shifts on individual Sundays are no problem for you
• You are familiar with common software (MS Office) and do not shy away from administrative tasks
