JOB DESCRIPTION An engineering office specializing in building technology and complex technical installation projects is looking for a Senior HVAC Engineer to strengthen its design team. The position involves the design and dimensioning of technical installations in the fields of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary for tertiary and industrial projects in French-speaking Switzerland, with strong collaboration with project managers and the various partners of the mandate. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES • Design HVAC/HVAC/R technical installations (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, regulation) • Perform technical calculations and dimensioning notes • Produce 2D/3D technical plans and participate in BIM projects • Prepare tender dossiers and associated technical documents • Participate in coordination meetings with project partners • Ensure spatial coordination of technical networks • Ensure monitoring of technical modifications and plan updates during the project life cycle • Collaborate closely with project managers and internal technical teams • Perform site surveys and provide the necessary technical expertise for projects • Participate in drafting specifications, tenders, and technical reports • Propose innovative solutions aiming at the technical, energetic, and economic optimization of projects • Guarantee the technical quality of the studies carried out YOUR PROFILE • Higher education such as EPF, HES, ES Technician or equivalent in climate engineering / HVAC • Proven experience of a minimum of 3 to 5 years in a similar function in building technology or HVAC engineering • Experience in a Swiss engineering office: a real asset • Good knowledge of applicable standards and regulations (SIA, SICC, Suissetec, AEAI, energy standards) • Experience in the design and dimensioning of complex technical installations • Mastery of design tools and ideally BIM experience • Excellent analytical skills and ability to synthesize • Proactive and solution-oriented • Sense of organization, autonomy, and rigor • Good writing and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a team in a multidisciplinary environment • Fluent French; German is an advantage WHAT WE OFFER • Participation in varied and stimulating technical projects • Modern and collaborative working environment • High-performance work tools and innovative methods • Continuous training and professional development • Great autonomy in technical responsibilities • Attractive conditions according to experience and skills • Opportunities for evolution within a developing structure
