Quality Technical Controller - 2x8 Schedule

• Perform rigorous and systematic inspections of components to guarantee their quality and manage corresponding flows in compliance with pace, deadline, and safety requirements.
• Inspect products (watchmaking components) according to the inspection range and defined criteria and highlight any potential defects: Perform the various aesthetic and/or functional inspections of parts using appropriate tools and according to established inspection ranges or available plans; Make decisions on acceptance, rejection, downgrading, or destruction in accordance with the House policy; In case of non-conformity, diagnose the interventions to be carried out and return the parts for correction or repair
• Ensure the computer management of products: Receive products and perform data entry into the current information systems; Record the inspection result in the computer system; Perform follow-up on defective parts
• Ensure reporting of activity: Collect quality data and share it with the teams, the quality assurance technician of the Ilot, and its manager; Capitalize on feedback/experience
• Participate in the continuous improvement of the work environment: Make proposals for quality improvement (inspection range, typical defect panels, definition plans)

Profile:

• Technical training (TQ1 desired)
• Experience in quality technical control
• Reading of plans: mastery required
• Good knowledge and mastery of products and usual measuring instruments, including 3D
• Mastery of computer tools, SAP is a plus
• Ability to judge
