Compensation & Benefits Analyst

Your tasks • Collaboration in the implementation and further development of compensation processes, particularly regarding salary rounds, variable compensation, as well as selected processes for physician and management compensation. • Support in job evaluations, salary comparisons, as well as in the review of job classifications and compensation standards. • Collaboration in the creation and updating of guidelines, process descriptions, work instruments, and internal C&B tools. • Preparation, analysis, and quality assurance of compensation data as well as the creation of regular evaluations and reports from SAP HCM. • Assumption of administrative tasks in the area of Benefits as well as participation in projects for the optimization, standardization, and digitalization of our C&B processes. Your profile • Commercial basic training with further education in the HR or finance area, business administration training at HF/FH level or a comparable qualification. • Initial professional experience in Human Resources Management, in Payroll, HR Controlling, Finance, or in another number-oriented environment. • Very good Excel skills as well as enjoyment of working with data and systems; SAP knowledge is an advantage. • Exact, analytical, structured, and reliable way of working as well as a high sense of quality and responsibility. • Team player, service-oriented, and discreet personality with interest in professional development in the area of Compensation & Benefits.
