Attached to the Ordre judiciaire vaudois, the four bankruptcy offices of the canton have the main mission of administering and ensuring liquidation through bankruptcy.

In order to complete the existing team, the Office des faillites de l'arrondissement de Lausanne, which employs nearly 20 female and male collaborators, is looking for a Bailiff of a bankruptcy office.

Responsibilities ##

• Ensure the management of bankruptcy files
• Carry out operations related to conservatory measures, such as inventories, publication of the opening of bankruptcy, etc.
• Determine active and passive estates (analysis of productions and decisions necessary for the settlement of the file)
• Interview the bankrupt parties
• Establish and have published the collocation statements
• Proceed with realizations and the distribution of funds (sale, statement of costs, distribution table, allocation of funds, reports and publication of the closing of bankruptcy)
• Collaborate in the management of real estate files, i.e., examination of productions, notice to tenants or farmers and realization operations

Qualifications ##

• CFC as a commercial employee completed in a debt collection or bankruptcy office.
• General training certificate for forced execution or possibly holder of the Apprenti·e OPF test or significant experience in the field of debt collection and bankruptcy with a commitment to follow modules 1 and 3 of the certificate.
• 4 years of professional experience in the field of debt collection or bankruptcy.
• Sense of public service, very good resistance to stress.
• Good organization, spirit of initiative, speed, precision.
• Ability to manage conflicts, assertiveness.
• Mastery of spelling and ease with common IT tools.
• Driver's license and availability of a private vehicle desired.

As part of the recruitment procedure, candidates will be required to present an extract from the debt collection register and the criminal record of less than 3 months.
