Since 1984, INVA Mobil has offered a driving service for persons of all ages who are temporarily or permanently mobility impaired and who cannot or can only use public transport under difficult conditions. Your tasks are:

• Overall responsibility for the operational, personnel and financial management of INVA mobil with responsibility for results in operations, personnel and finances.
• Ensuring a stable, economical and future-oriented institution
• Further development of INVA mobil in terms of offers, structures and service portfolio
• Close, partnership-based cooperation with the board in strategic orientation and on central future topics
• Leadership and further development of the team with clear orientation and commitment
• Active participation in shaping the future development of INVA mobil in close cooperation with the board.
