Introduction

For the further expansion of our location, we are looking for a motivated personality who wants to combine their technical experience with commercial flair and develop further as a successful Technical Merchant (m/f/d).

Tasks

• Active support and advice for existing customers
• Recruitment and selection of specialists and workers
• Conducting interviews and qualification discussions
• Support of employees during the entire assignment
• Conducting contract negotiations and closing discussions
• Market observation as well as building a strong network in the region

Profile

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Joy in dealing with people and networking
• Entrepreneurial thinking and high self-motivation
• Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
• Good MS Office skills
• Driver's license category B is a must
• Professional experience in sales, recruiting or in personnel consulting from Votreil
