We support our international customers with innovations, new technologies, and transfer product developments into series production and approvals. We are looking for you to strengthen our «Health & Life Sciences» team. Field of Activity Together in the qualified engineering team with scientists and industrial designers, you will lead extensive developments in the field of medical applications and pharmaceutical therapies. You will lead the project team and are responsible for the technical implementations as well as the applications of device and system developments used on and for patients. Technical knowledge and a high awareness of quality are at the center of your daily work. Within the project team, you will support internal and external contact persons, from the idea to series maturity, for globally active corporations, SMEs, and start-ups. You lead interdisciplinary and international project teams and work closely with our employees and customers. Thanks to your knowledge, your creativity, and your experience, you accompany customer projects from the concept through the design and prototype phase to product verification. Requirements University degree in a technical field (ETH / EPFL / FH / TU) Broad technical knowledge with several years of development experience in the field of medical or pharmaceutical technology Several years of experience in leading interdisciplinary and international project teams as well as technical subject areas and engineering disciplines You are strong in finding solutions to conceptual questions, work systematically, and have a pronounced understanding of systems Experience in product development according to EN ISO 13485.
