The Dielsdorf Health Centre is a modern geriatric competence centre with around 500 employees from 35 nations. Our range extends from advisory services for older people and their relatives to general and specialised long-term care, as well as home care and support. With over 200 beds, the inpatient general long-term care offering at the Dielsdorf site is complemented by specialised treatment pathways for rehabilitative acute and transitional care, palliative care, psychiatric geriatrics, and the focus on dementia.

Your Tasks

• Freedom to shape your work and the opportunity to help develop dementia care with your expertise. This also includes responsibility in case management throughout the entire care process.
• Sharing your proven professional experience as a Health Specialist EFZ and in working with people with dementia during regular professional exchanges or training sessions.
• The rewarding task of caring for people with dementia and ensuring their physical and psychological well-being. Here, all your empathy, patience, humour, and composure are required.
• The opportunity to significantly influence the implementation and further development of our dementia concept thanks to your experience and proven expertise.

Your Profile

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or an equivalent with SRK recognition
• Experience in dealing with people in long-term care is an advantage
• Good German language skills, spoken and written (at least level B2)
• High social, methodological, and professional competence
• Empathy, patience, and a respectful approach to residents
• Enjoyment in accompanying older people with heart, respect, and professional competence
• Team spirit, flexibility, and willingness to support each other
• Enjoyment of open and trusting interdisciplinary collaboration
• Openness to change and motivation to actively shape developments
• Up-to-date IT skills
• Independent, structured, and responsible working style
