CNC Programmer-Setter

CNC Programmer-Setter (M/F) Mandated by our client, a high-end watch manufacture from La Chaux-de-Fonds, we are looking for a long-term temporary mission (CDI), a CNC Programmer-Setter (M/F) Within the mechanical department, you are responsible for the manufacturing of tooling on CNC machining centers, from the development of programs to machine setups, by choosing the appropriate machining methods and respecting productivity and quality standards. Responsibilities PROGRAMMING/SETTING Study of drawings and mechanical feasibility of fixtures for new watches Definition of manufacturing methods, cutting tools, and machining fixtures Creation of CNC machining programs Production of machined parts, machines or tools in compliance with quality, pace, deadline and safety requirements Participate in the continuous improvement of your working environment MANUFACTURING Manufacturing of programmed parts with CNC and conventional milling machines Realization of tooling and finishing: chamfering, micro-blasting, marking Documentation of manufacturing processes if necessary Collaboration with the industrialization department FINAL CONTROL Dimensional control during manufacturing according to drawings Final dimensional and aesthetic control Profile CFC in micromechanics, polymechanics or equivalent title Confirmed experience in a similar position Knowledge of "Esprit" software is an asset Versatile, conscientious, autonomous person, having a good analytical mind, knowing how to manage priorities and wishing to work within a multidisciplinary team Junior profile also welcome Start date: immediately or to be agreed.
