Control of equity investments in the sense of holistic performance responsibility and control of economic and sustainable investment strategies in Germany Ensuring and continuously optimizing future-oriented, process-based investment decisions, taking into account the investment objectives Alignment of investment objectives in terms of return, risk, and liquidity with management Ongoing control of the German portfolio as well as constant analysis and monitoring of risk and performance, including active participation in transaction activity, DD participation, and accompaniment of project development and control Proactive risk management and ensuring compliance with risk requirements Creation and regular reporting of a reporting system as well as KPIs and internal/external stakeholder management Responsibility for reporting and communication to institutional investors of the managed investment products Successfully completed degree in business administration, economics, or real estate economics, finance, or a comparable qualification Several years of professional experience in a comparable position and in-depth knowledge of fund structures and the regulatory requirements of institutional investors Distinct affinity for numbers and outstanding analytical skills, in particular financial modeling (Transaction) experience in the real estate or lending sector Sovereign and communicatively strong appearance in connection with extraordinary coordination and control competencies as well as a sense of responsibility Very good knowledge in handling the MS Office package, in particular MS Excel Goal-oriented and independent working method with a hands-on mentality Fluent knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken Dynamically growing company with flat hierarchies A variety of design options Committed and motivated team Attractive compensation package Further training and development opportunities Flexible design of working hours Modern offices in a central location We look forward to your application!
