Tasks

• Leadership and coordination of production operations requirements and production planning
• Responsible for achieving production targets
• Optimizing production processes
• Ensuring compliance with occupational safety and environmental protection standards
• Budget responsibility
• Training and further education of employees

Profile

• Technical training in mechanical engineering or comparable with corresponding further training as a Technician HF, Plastics Technician, or Engineer FH
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position
• Leadership experience and, advantageously, leadership training
• Independent, team-oriented and proactive personality
• Good communication skills and assertiveness
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written German skills and good English skills
